Processing
1.
Select a suitable accessory. Whisks are used for liquids, eggs and the like. The dough hooks
are used for processing dough.
NOTE:
The dough hook/whisk the gears should be placed in
the fitting with the symbol and the other dough hook/whisk in the other fitting. The dough
hooks/whisks cannot be inserted incorrectly.

Place the food to be processed in the bowl and place the bowl on the base.
3.
Check that the speed control is switched off and insert the plug in the power outlet.

Turn the speed control to the desired position to start processing. There are five positions
and the electric hand mixer can be run at maximum speed at any time by pressing the turbo
button.
WARNING:
Never put utensils in the bowl while the electric hand mixer is running.

Never run the electric hand mixer for more than five minutes at a time. Allow it to cool before
using it again. For best results when working the dough, run at low speed first and then at
high speed.
NOTE:
During processing, you can rotate the bowl by hand for the best result.

When you have finished working, set the speed control in the off position and unplug the
power cord.

If necessary, scrape off any food from the accessory with a rubber, wood or plastic scraper.

Hold the dough hooks/whisks with one hand and press the release button with the other
hand. Remove dough hooks/whisks from the electric hand mixer.
Tips to facilitate the use of the electric hand mixer
• Allow ingredients like butter and eggs reach room temperature before using.
• Do not overwork. Follow the instructions in the recipe. Run at low speed and just long enough to
mix the ingredients.
• The room temperature and temperature of the ingredients can affect the result.
• Start running at low speed and gradually increase to the speed given on the recipe.
MAINTENANCE
• Switch off the electric hand mixer, unplug the power cord from the power outlet and wait until
all moving parts have completely stopped before cleaning.
• Wipe the outside of the electric hand mixer with a cloth moistened with mild detergent and dry
with a dry cloth.
• Wipe the power cord, if necessary.
• Wipe the base and top with a cloth moistened with mild detergent and dry with a dry cloth.
• Wash accessories in hot water and washing-up liquid and then dry. The accessories are
dishwasher safe
IMPORTANT:
Never immerse the electric hand mixer in water or any other liquid.
