SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the User Instructions carefully before use

Read all the instructions and safety instructions carefully before use. Save these User Instructions
for future reference. The instructions should be included with the product if you sell it, or pass it on.
•
Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
•
Only connect to an earthed mains supply.
•
Unplug the power cord when the appliance is not in use.
•
If an extension cord is used, the entire cord must be uncoiled. Only use extension cords approved
for use with the appliance.
•
Improper use can cause personal injury and/or material damage.
•
Only use the appliance for its intended purpose. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for
any damage caused by improper use or incorrect operation.
•
Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on.
•
Do not use the appliance near a bathtub, shower, or sink etc. that contains water or any other
liquid.
•
Never expose the appliance to splashing water, rain or moisture.
•
Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
•
Unplug the power cord immediately if the appliance comes into contact with water.
•
The appliance is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional
disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it,
unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the appliance by someone who is
responsible for their safety.

Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children.
•
IMPORTANT:
Do not allow children to play with the packaging material - risk of suffocation!

Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the appliance. This is not a toy.
•
Regularly check the power cord for damage. Never use the appliance if the power cord or any part
of the appliance has visible damage.

If the power cord is damaged it must be replaced by a qualified technician to ensure that the
appliance is safe to use.

The appliance is only intended for household use. Always follow these instructions.
•
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
•
Do not wash the appliance in a dishwasher.
•
Do not use the appliance on or close to hot surfaces.
•
Always unplug the power cord and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.

Never use the appliance outdoors or in damp areas.
•
Never use accessories that are not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer. Other
accessories can damage the appliance and/or lead to personal injury.

Never move the appliance by pulling the power cord. Do not pull the power cord to disconnect the
plug from the mains socket. Make sure that the power cord cannot become entangled or caught in
anything.

Do not wind the cord around the appliance. Do not fold the power cord.
•
Always allow the appliance to cool before cleaning, or putting it away.
•
Never allow the appliance to come into contact with flammable objects. Never allow the power cord
or plug to come into contact with water.
Special safety instructions

Place the appliance on a level, stable surface.
•
Do not use the appliance outdoors. Do not expose the appliance to rain.
•
Do not store the appliance near to sources of heat.
•
Some parts of the appliance become hot during use – risk of burns.
•
Never modify the appliance in any way.
•
Do not put any metal objects other than cookware on the induction plate – risk of burn injuries.
•
The appliance is not intended to be controlled by an external timer or a separate remote control.
•
Do not expose the appliance to water or any other liquid – risk of material damage.
•
Leave a free space of a least 10 cm round the appliance when in use. Never block the ventilation
openings on the appliance.
