OPERATION
1.
Make sure the electric whisk speed control is in the OFF position, and that it is not plugged in to the
mains supply when you change implements.
2.
Fit the whisk dough hook with a flange in the small bracket. Fit the whisk/dough hook without a
flange in the large bracket. Make sure both whisks/dough hooks are correctly fitted before starting
the electric whisk.
3.
Place the electric whisk in the bowl attachment. Make sure it locks in place properly. Connect the
electric whisk to the mains supply and select a speed. Always start at a low speed and increase
afterwards. Press the turbo button to increase the speed of the electric whisk to MAX.

The electric whisk must not run for more than three minutes straight without a break. Let the
electric whisk cool down before using it again.
5.
Turn the speed control to OFF when you have finished. Unplug from the mains supply.
6.
Tilt the electric whisk up from the bowl by pressing the tilt control down.
7.
Press the discharge button to remove the whisks/dough hooks.
MAINTENANCE
NOTE!
Make sure the speed control is turned to OFF and the whisk is unplugged from the mains supply
before changing implements.
The electric whisk must not be rinsed off or immersed in water.
Dry the electric whisk with a soft, damp cloth.
Wipe the power cord.
Wash the dough hooks/whisks with washing-up liquid in hot water. Then wipe them dry.
Store the electric whisk in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Service and repair work must be carried out by an authorised service centre.
