SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the User Instructions carefully before use.
Save these instructions for future reference.
• Always take basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce

• Never leave the vacuum cleaner unattended when the power cord is plugged
in. Unplug the power cord from the mains before cleaning and/or
maintenance, and when the vacuum cleaner is not in use.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner outdoors or on wet surfaces – risk of
electric shock.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and
supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
• Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the vacuum
cleaner. Keep the vacuum cleaner under careful supervision when it is used by,
or near children.
• The vacuum cleaner must only be used as it is intended to be used and in
accordance with these instructions. Only use accessories recommended by the
manufacturer.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner if the power cord or plug are damaged. Do not
use the product if the power cord or plug are damaged, if the product is not
working properly, if it has been exposed to water, or if it is damaged in any
other way. Take it to an authorised service centre.
• Do not carry or pull the vacuum cleaner by the power cord. Keep the power
cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Do not pull the vacuum cleaner over
the power cord.
• Do not pull the power cord to unplug the plug from the wall socket.
• Do not handle the vacuum cleaner, power cord or the plug with wet hands.
• Never insert any objects or body parts in the openings on the vacuum cleaner.
Keep the ventilation openings clean.
• Keep your hair, clothes, hands and other parts of your body away from the
moving parts.
