• Do not use the vacuum cleaner to pick up hazardous substances such as chlorine,
ammonia and similar things.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner in explosive environments, for example in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
• Pull out the cord before the suction hose is connected or removed. Always hold the
plug while the cord is being rewound.
• Only use the vacuum cleaner on dry surfaces indoors.
• The vacuum cleaner may only be used as intended and in accordance with these
instructions.
• Store in a cool and dry place indoors.
• Do not submerge the vacuum cleaner in water or another liquid.
• Keep head, face and other body parts away from the suction hose and the vacuum
cleaner’s openings while the cord is connected.
• Never use the vacuum cleaner on animals.
• The vacuum cleaner can be used by children above the age of 8 and people with
impaired physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowl-
edge if they have been guided or instructed about how the vacuum cleaner is used
in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children may not play with the
vacuum cleaner. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by
children unless they are older than 8 and supervised by an adult.
• Keep the vacuum cleaner and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
IMPORTANT!
If the suction hose is blocked during vacuuming, turn off the appliance
and remove the blockage before using the appliance again.
• Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of heat sources such as radiators.
• Do not touch the plug if your hands are wet.
• Before vacuuming, remove large and/or sharp objects that can damage the bag
compartment or the hose.
• Do not pull on the cord to pull out the plug.
• Do not use the appliance if all filters are not in place.
• If the appliance emits a high-pitched noise during use, then the airflow is blocked.
Immediately shut off the appliance, pull out the plug and clean the suction hose
and/or clean the air filter.
• Always hold the plug while the cord is being rewound.
