DESCALING
Descale the kettle regularly for best
functionality. Follow the instructions of the
manufacturer if using a special descaling
agent. The kettle can also be descaled with a
mixture of equal parts of water and vinegar as
follows.
1. Descale the product by adding 5 dl of
vinegar and filling it with water, and leave
it to stand for at least 1 hour.
2. Pour out the mixture. Wipe off any
deposits with a damp cloth.
3. Fill the kettle with fresh water, boil up, and
pour out the water. Repeat. The product is
now ready to use.
4. Repeat the above procedure several times,
if necessary.
5. Do not immerse the product in water or
any other liquid. Wipe the outside of the
kettle with a cloth moistened with a mild
detergent, then dry with a dry cloth.
6. Grip the top part of the scale filter and pull
up to release. Wash the filter with fresh
water and allow it to dry before replacing
it in the kettle.
