• Press arrow up or down to quickly
change the settings for time/
temperature.
• If the START button is not pressed within
3 minutes after pressing the STOP button
the deep-fryer goes into standby mode
and the display goes dark, and
flashes.
1. Press
to set the temperature (up
to 200°C) and cooking time (up to 30
minutes).
2. Time flashes. Set the required time with
the arrows. When the required time has
been set, press the button
again.
3. The temperature flashes. Set the required
temperature with the arrows.
4. Press Start to start the cooking.
5. Press STOP to stop the countdown when
the basket is taken out to turn the food.
Press the START button to resume the
countdown when the basket is replaced
on the cover plate.
After cooking
1. When the cooking time is over and the
display shows 0:00 there are 5 audio
prompts and the heat is switched off.
The fan motor continues running for 30
seconds.
2. Wait until the fan has stopped and open
the panel.

3. Fit the handle firmly on the basket. Lift out
the basket with the handle and put it on a
stable, level surface.
1. Fasten the handle firmly to the basket.
2. Insert the partition if two different types of
food are to be cooked.
3. Put the basket in the oven, release the
handle and close the panel door.

Select mode
1. Plug the deep-fryer plug into a power
point.
2. An audio prompt is heard when the deep-
fryer starts and the status light flashes
to show that the power is on and the
deep-fryer is in standby mode.
3. Press the power switch . The status light
goes on and the display switches between
the preset time and temperature.
4. Select MENU or MANUAL mode (manual
cooking).
MENU mode
NOTE:
The red status light goes on when the
heating is in progress.
Choose between 6 programmes; Preheat,
Beef, Chips, Fish, Chicken, Toast.
1. Select programme. Browse through
alternatives by pressing MENU.
2. Press START. The deep-fryer starts and
the selected menu programme is shown.
The display shows the countdown of the
cooking time and the heating indicator
shows that the deep-fryer is heating up.

MANUAL mode
NOTE:
• Turn the food during the cooking for
more uniform cooking.
• It is often better to use a lower
temperature and longer cooking time.
