A DIAGRAM TO ILLUSTRATE THE MINIMUM DISTANCE TO COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS
Combus�ble materials should not be located where the heat dissipa�ng through the walls of fireplaces or flues
could ignite it. Therefore when installing the stove in the presence of combus�ble materials due account must
be taken of the guidance on the separa�on of combus�ble material given in Building Regula�ons Approved
Document J and also in these stove instruc�ons. The minimum distances to flammable materials are specified
on the EN 13240 plate on the back of the stove.
When installing the stove 100mm from a combus�ble wall behind , use the addi�onal, topfluerear convec�on
panel
supplied with the stove, this slots over the rear convec�on panel providing addi�onal radiant protec�on
from the flue collar. A twin wall insulated flue should be fi�ed flush to the flue collar for this type of
installa�on .
