SGPIO functions allow to read out the geographical address of SATA drives in the system
or to switch shuttle LEDs, e.g., a locate LED.

Using the G25A in a CompactPCI Serial Peripheral Slot
If the G25A is used in a peripheral slot, the interfaces on the CompactPCI Serial
connectors are switched off.
