INSTALLATION
This unit has a CoaxialAudio jack that will provide top audio sound. This is used to connect
to an external digital audio source to hear the sound through that external unit’s speakers.

Make sure the power is off on the TV and external unit.

Connect a Coaxial Audio cable (not included) from the Coaxial Out jack on the rear of
the TV to the Coaxial In jack on the external digital audio unit.

Turn on the TV and digital audio unit.

Make sure to set the Digital Audio Out as desired, see page 22.

NOTE:
SPDIF cables transmit audio signals as pulses of light through a cable made of plastic fibers. Audio signals are
digitally transmitted between devices for optimal sound.
