TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUTION
Always allow sufficient time for the griddle to cool fully before handling or cleaning any of its parts.
WARNING:
HEED THE WARNINGS IN THIS MANUAL. ALWAYS PERFORM A LEAK TEST, EVERY TIME YOU REFILL OR
CHANGE YOUR GAS TANK. NEVER LEAVE YOUR PROPANE TANK OPEN WHILE NOT IN USE. NEVER
LEAVE THE CONTROL KNOBS ON WHILE NOT IN USE. ALWAYS OPEN YOUR GRIDDLE LID BEFORE
ATTEMPTING TO LIGHT YOUR GRIDDLE.
PROBLEM

SOLUTION
Decreasing heat,
“popping sound”
Out of propane.
Replace propane tank.
Burner and/or burner tubes are blocked.
Clean burners.
Regulator flow limiting device activated either
by improper lighting, opening control knobs
too quickly, or a poor connection between the
griddle and tank.
Reset the pressure regulator.
Humming noise
coming from
regulator
Cylinder valve opened too quickly.

This is not a defect. It is caused by internal
vibrations in the regulator and does not affect
performance or safety of the gas grill.
