Side shelf assembly:
1: Open the grill lid and remove the side shelf from the fire box.
2: 4 screws used to attach the left side shelf are pre- screwed into the cart left panel and side shelf (see the
figure below ). Remove top 2 screws from the side shelf.
Loosen 2 screws that are pre-placed onto cart left panel (
Hint ! Do not remove these 2 screws completely).
Align the bottom key holes on side shelf with two loosened screws, and align the remaining side shelf holes
with the holes on cart left panel. Attach side shelf to the cart and tighten all 4 screws.
3: 4 screws used to attach the right side shelf are already screwed into the cart right panel and side shelf (see
the figure below ). Remove top 2 screws from the side shelf.
Loosen 2 screws that are pre-placed onto cart right panel (
Hint ! Do not remove these 2 screws completely).
Align the bottom key holes on side shelf with two loosened screws, and align the remaining side shelf holes
with the holes on cart right panel. Attach side shelf to the cart and tighten all 4 screws.
Note: The top two screws insert from inside the fire box while the bottom two screws insert from outside
under the left side shelf.
