periods at a time, as this can
cause overheating and shorten the
appliance’s lifetime. In the event of
overheating, switch the appliance off
immediately and allow it to cool down
completely before using it again.

• The appliance is not designed
for physiotherapeutic treatment,
but only for ‘well-being’ massage,
relaxation of tense muscles
and/or relief of low-level muscular
pain. Use of the appliance
cannot substitute professional
physiotherapeutic or medical
treatment.

• The appliance must not be used by
anyone with a pacemaker.
• The appliance must not be used
by anyone with heart problems
or pains of unknown origin or if
pregnant.
• Do not use the appliance if you
have taken painkillers, relaxants or
alcohol, as your tolerance of heat
can be weakened.
• Do not use the appliance from the
neck upwards, and on sensitive
areas.
• Do not use the appliance directly
on swollen, inflamed or damaged
skin areas.
• Do not use the appliance together
with oils, creams or similar.
• Do not use the appliance just
before going to bed, as the
appliance has a stimulating effect
that can make it difficult to fall
asleep.
• Do not use the appliance on the
same part of the body for too long;
move the appliance over a larger
area of the body in a continuous
movement.
