SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Do not block the air intake at the rear of
the appliance when in use. If the air intake
is blocked, the apparatus will overheat.
If this happens, the overheat cut-out will
automatically shut off power to the appara-
tus. Switch off the appliance and remove
the plug from the wall socket.
•
Do not leave on clothes, bedding, etc
made from heat-sensitive and flammable
synthetic materials while switched on or
still hot.
•
In order to avoid burns, you should avoid
blowing hot air directly into the eyes or on
very sensitive skin.
•
Please note that the appliance will remain
hot for a while after you switch it off. Al-
ways allow it to cool completely before you
put it away.
•
Always keep the appliance at a safe
distance from flammable objects such as
curtains, tablecloths or the like.
•
Do not place or store near other heat
sources or in a damp environment.

USE
•
The first time the travel hairdryer is used,
it may give off a small amount of smoke.
This is because an extra layer of protec-
tive oil on the heating element is being
burned off. This is quite normal and not
dangerous, and will disappear after a short
period of use.
•
Unfold the handle before use.
•
Switch the appliance on by pressing the
on/off button (2).
Position 0: Off
Position I: Low heat, low speed
Position II: High heat, high speed
•
The appliance can be hung up using the
loop (4) at the bottom of the handle.
