Start cleaning once the plug has been disconnected from the socket and when the
tigelliera is cold. The outer part can be cleaned with water and a sponge. Never
wash the cooking surface, just use a wet cloth, a spatula or a knife blade to remove
possible food waste.
It is normal that the refractory stone gets darker with use, it is a natural
characteristic of the stone.
If the refractory stone gets very dirty you can buy a new stone in all our authorized
service centers.
