It is recommended that the following steps be performed at the beginning and end of each 100 hours shift or monthly,
whichever comes first.
ENGINE OIL
After the first oil change (20 hours of operation), drain the engine oil every 100 hours of operation. Fill with the correct amount
of the recommended oil. Check the oil level with the oil check gauge dipstick. See sections 6 and 7.
OIL FILTER
Check and clean the oil filter after 100 hours of operation.
FUEL FILTER ELEMENT
Check and clean the fuel filter element after 100 hours of operation.
V-BELT
Check the tension of the V-belt after 100 hours of operation. Change the V-belt if it is loose or damaged.
Figure 9-1
1. Remove the belt cover by removing 2 bolts.
2. Remove the V-belt (1, Figure 9-1) by removing 5 bolts (2, Figure 9-1) from the V-pulley (3, Figure 9-1).
3. Screw one of the 5 bolts (2, Figure 9-1) into the closest bolt hole to the clutch from the taper-color.
4. Replace the V-belt with other 4 bolts.
5. Tighten the all bolts and the belt tension is tightened automatically.
