• Reduce the dust loads. Particles
that are generated when using the
jackhammer may contain
substances that can cause cancer,
allergic reactions, affect the
breathing apparatus, cause birth
defects or other reproductive
damages. Examples of such
substances are. Lead (in lead
paint), mineral dust (from masonry,
cement or similar), additives used
to treat wood (chromate,
protective wood treatments),
certain wood types (oak or beech
dust), metals, asbestos.
• To prevent injuries, always wear
ear defenders, goggles,
protective gloves, dust protection
mask and sturdy footwear when
working with the jackhammer.
• Vacuum or wash protective
clothing. Do not blow, knock or
brush off dirt particles.

7 – Installation and setting
Checking the jackhammer and
scope of delivery
1. Carefully remove the jackhammer
from the storage case (14).
2. Check whether the delivery is
complete (see Fig. A).
3. Check whether the jackhammer
or any of the accessories are
damaged. If this is the case, do
not use the jackhammer. Contact
