4 – Correct use
The electric planer is used for manual
planing of solid hard- and softwoods in
the home.
Any other use is dangerous and improper
and will invalidate liability and warranty
claims!
The electric plane is not designed for
commercial use.
This unit may not be used by people
(including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capacities,
with a lack of experience and without
the appropriate knowledge, unless they
are supervised by someone who is
responsible for their safety or have been
instructed by such a person with regard
to how the unit is to be operated.
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the device.
Intended users
The electric planer is intended for use
by home handypersons with appropriate
experience and skills.
Materials suitable for machining
Solid seasoned hard- and softwoods,
wood composites and wood materials,
free of foreign bodies such as nails,
screws or mortar residues.
Permitted ambient conditions
The electric planer is intended for use in
dry indoor areas not exposed to extreme
climatic conditions. It is not suitable for
use in potentially explosive environments!
