Red:

after reset (or may not yet
have acquired an updated time)
Green:

reset

Green, Flashing
(once a second):
DCF signal reception
Sync:

DCF600USB is synchronized
Red:
DCF600USB is not synchronized (clock running solely off internal oscillator)
Init:
Blue:
During initialization process
