8. Instructions for use of MTCW-16-NN

1.MTCW-16-NN has no output control. If temperature control is needed,
it is necessary to cooperate with magmet's remote IO (remote IO model:
MEVW-1616T).
2.Connect A1 and B1 of MTCW-16-NN with A0 and B0 of mevw-1616t
through

cables

respectively.Communication

mode:

RS485,

communication protocol: MODBUS
3.Because the default communication parameters are the same, so the
connection can automatically communicate.
4.MTCW-16NN can be controlled by BFM area or temperature control
assistant.

9. Common problems and solutions

When the module does not work properly, please check in turn:
(1) the connection of the power line and the condition of the relevant
switches and protection appliances, so as to ensure the reliable power
supply of the module.
(2) whether the wiring of user terminals is firm.
(3) check whether the 24Vdc power supply is overloaded.
(4) check the application program to ensure that the correct operation
method and parameter range are selected in the application. Special
attention should be paid to the BFM area with special operation timing.

If you still cannot work after the above check, please refer to the
following table.
