Detect current value: update the current when output. ON;Update time:
set the "detection current cycle".
②
heater broken line detection occasions.
Detect current value: "current when output is ON" .
update current when output is ON.
"Output current when OFF" updates the current when output is OFF.
Update time: fixed at 100ms.
2.The measured current range can be changed according to "CT turn"
and "CT wire crossing times".
3.Alarm can be set by "broken wire detection", "over current detection"
and "short circuit detection".

8. Instructions for use of MTCW-16-NN
1.MTCW-16-NN has no output control. If temperature control is needed,
it is necessary to cooperate with magmet's remote IO (remote IO model:
MEVW-1616T).
2.Connect A1 and B1 of MTCW-16-NN with A0 and B0 of mevw-1616t
through
cables
respectively.Communication
mode:
RS485,
communication protocol: MODBUS
3.Because the default communication parameters are the same, so the
connection can automatically communicate.
4.MTCW-16NN can be controlled by BFM area or temperature control
assistant.
9. Common problems and solutions
When the module does not work properly, please check in turn:
(1) the connection of the power line and the condition of the relevant
switches and protection appliances, so as to ensure the reliable power
supply of the module.
(2) whether the wiring of user terminals is firm.
(3) check whether the 24Vdc power supply is overloaded.
(4) check the application program to ensure that the correct operation
method and parameter range are selected in the application. Special
attention should be paid to the BFM area with special operation timing.
If you still cannot work after the above check, please refer to the
following table.
Phenomenon
Possible Causes
Countermeasures
Loss of power supply or
low voltage
Check the power condition
and exclude it
POWER and
other LEDs are
OFF
Power switch off or fuse
blown
Check the condition of
switches, wires or fuses for
elimination
Abnormal power wiring
Power supply is damaged
Check and confirm whether
the voltage between 24V+
and 24V- terminals is in
normal range;
POWER LED

intermittently
Unstable power supply
POWER LED
flashes
intermittently
Module damaged
RUN LED
Remotely shut down by the
host computer equipment
Make the upper computer
boot by remote control
Is OFF
System error shutdown
Check with the thermostat
assistant
RUN LED flashes
slowly
Possible system error
