7.7   Properly Connect the ICE Adapter to a Host 

 
The data transfer rate of the ICE adapter will be slowed down severely if it is connected to a host via a USB2.0 
hub.  So, to  speed  up  the  downloading  when  clicking 

dScope 

button  to enter  the  debugger  mode, the  user  had 

better directly plug the ICE adapter into the host

’s USB port, as shown in Figure 6.7.1. Don’t plug into a hub and 

then to the host, as shown in Figure 6.7.2.
