Solutions
1.Body heating problem
(1) No power supply on the body
Verify if both power cords are
plugged properly that the white lines
on both power cords are no longer
visible.
(2) Blown fuse
Replace fuse
(3) No power supply from the wall outlet
Change to another wall outlet
(4) Power cord malfunction
Replace the power
cord
(5) Thermal switch
was not
fully
engaged
Depress the RESET button again
2. The RESET button does
not work
(1) Thermal switch malfunction
Replace the Thermal switch
(2) The spring in the RESET button is
jammed
Re-check and reinstall the spring in
the RESET button
3.Too much water remains
in the distiller after a
distillation process
(1) Thermal switch malfunction
Replace the thermal switch
(2) Blown fuse during the distillation
process
Replace the fuse
(3) Internal structure malfunction
Replace broken internal structure
4. Burned power cords and
sockets
The power cords were not properly plugged
that results in a poor connection between
power cords and the sockets
Replace power cords and sockets
5. Water leakage during the
distillation process
(1) The cushion rubber ring did not properly
install
Examination & Reassembly
(2) The cushion rubber ring has hardened
Replace the cushion rubber ring
(3) The cooling duct is clogged with dust
Clean the cooling duct
(4) Fan stops running
Verifying if fan has properly installed
(5) The nozzle was not installed properly
which results in water leakage
Re-examination & Reassembly
(6) The nozzle was not properly aligned
with the spout of water container
Examination & Reassembly
(7) Internal structure malfunction
Reexamine the internal structure
