Warranty
meerecompany Inc. provides a warranty on original components for one year from the
purchase date for new products. This warranty covers failures and defects occurring during
normal use. It does not cover damages or failures resulting from mishandling, abuse, misuse,
or modification.
Prior consent must be obtained from meerecompany if non-meerecompany equipment (e.g.
cable) is used or substituted. Failure to comply with this requirement will invalidate the
meerecompany warranty.
Do not open the camera’s housing. The warranty becomes void if the housing is opened.
Resale of meerecompany products or services featuring statements differ from or exceed the
parameters stated by meerecompany voids all express or implied warranties for the associated
product or service. meerecompany is not responsible or liable for any such statements.
meerecompany products are not authorized for use in safety-critical applications (such as life
support) where a failure of the meerecompany product would result in severe personal injury or
death, unless both parties have executed an agreement specifically governing such use. Buyers
assume responsibility for all necessary expertise in the safety and regulatory areas of their
applications. Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for all legal,
regulatory, and safety-related requirements concerning any use of meerecompany products in
safety-critical applications, notwithstanding any applications-related information or support
that may be provided by meerecompany. Furthermore, Buyers must fully indemnify
meerecompany and its representatives against any damages arising from the use of
meerecompany products in safety-critical applications.

However, meerecompany assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies. There is no legal
obligation to document internal workings in any products, in either hardware or software.
Claims under warranty must be made at authorized service centers only, which may be advised
by the supplier or distributor.

the user manual are protected by copyright law and international treaties. They are not to be
copied, reproduced, or modified for any use without the explicit permission from
meerecompany. The software contains, and is considered, meerecompany’s intellectual
property. Specifications, functions, and designs are subject to change without notice.

implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the copyright owner or
distributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential

data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether
