MAINTENANCE
Keep the machine clean and in good condition for best performance and service life. Always check the
machine, power cord and plug for damage before use. Check that no parts are damaged, missing or worn
and that no other factors can affect functionality. Switch off and unplug the machine immediately in the
event of abnormal noise or vibrations. Have the machine checked and repaired before using it again.
WARNING:
Only use identical spare parts when servicing. The use of other parts can result in the risk of
personal injury and/or material damage.
Cleaning
Clean the machine with a cloth moistened with water and a mild detergent. Some detergents and solvents
can damage plastic and insulated parts. Do not use petrol, solvents or detergents that can damage the
plastic parts.
WARNING:
Do not clean the machine with petrol, naptha, acetone, thinner or other highly volatile agents
– this can cause fire and/or a toxic reaction.
WARNING:
Do not expose the machine to water or any other liquid
– risk of electric shock.
Lubrication
All the bearings are permanently lubricated. No further lubrication is normally necessary.
WARNING:
The machine must only be serviced by qualified personnel using identical spare parts. The use
of other parts can result in the risk of personal injury and/or material damage.
