1.
Fasten the bracket on the cover (A). Do not fully tighten the screws.
2.
Pull up the throttle wire (A) on the back of the bracket.
3.
Fit the handlebars on the bracket (B).
4.
Check that the handlebars are at the required angle. Fully tighten the screws holding the bracket.
5.
Fit the spur (C) and secure with the pin.
6.
Insert the throttle wire in the retainer on the handlebar (D).
7.
Fasten the throttle wire in the clutch handle (E)
8.
Adjust the tension of the throttle wire (F). The adjustment is made in the end of, or at the
most in the middle of the adjusting screw. The maximum pressure on the clutch handle
should be 27.5 N.
9.
Fasten the throttle wire with cable ties to the handlebar.
10.
Release the engine cover to access the starter handle (G).
11.
Pull the starter handle through the cover.
12.
Fasten the cover on the engine.
Engine oil
NOTE:
There is no oil in the machine on delivery. The assembly includes filling with oil.
1.
Remove the oil filler cap and fill up with oil.
2.
Check that the level is correct by screwing in the oil plug with dipstick, removing it again and
checking the level. The correct level is at MAX on the dipstick.
