NOTE
The machine must not be connected to the mains supply when it is being assembled.
Fitting the legs
1.
Take the saw out of the box and place it on
a level surface - use a piece of cardboard
as a basis to protect the surface.
2.
Fit the individual parts and tighten the
screws with your fingers.
3.
Fit the table wideners on both sides of the
work table.
4.
Fit the cross stay.
5.
Tighten all the screws properly.
6.
Fit the cross stay on the legs.
7.
Fit the support on the rear legs.
8.
Fit the plastic caps on the underside of the
legs by gently tapping them into place.
9.
Align the saw and place it on a flat surface.
Place a ruler on the work table and table
wideners. Adjust the work table and tighten
all the screws.
10.
Check the work table for vertical alignment.
Adjust if necessary.
