DESCRIPTION
OPERATION
IMPORTANT
The product must only be used by persons who have received proper training.
Check the product for transit damage.
Only use clean, dry air.
1.
Connect the air hose to the air coupling.
2.
Fit a suitable paint container, PCG-6P-M (option), on the paint connection.
3.
Rinse the spray gun’s paint ducts with an appropriate solvent.
4.
Pour paint into the paint container, test spray and adjust the outgoing paint flow and pattern width.
The recommended air pressure is 2.0 to 3.0
bar.
The recommended paint viscosity depends
on the paint’s characteristics and surrounding
conditions when spraying. 15 to 23 mm²/s is
recommended.
Use the lowest possible outgoing flow. It
gives better surface results with atomisation.
The distance between the spray gun and the
workpiece should be as small as possible
(100-250 mm).
Always hold the spray gun perpendicular to
the workpiece surface. Move the gun
horizontally in straight lines. If you move the
spray gun in turns the paint coat will be
uneven.
