Blade replacement
Undo the hex head screw with the enclosed
screwdriver and remove the cutting edge. Insert a new
cutting edge.
Power switch
Start the tool by moving the power switch to position I.
Turn off the tool by moving the power switch to position
O.
The tool’s moving parts will continue to move for a
few seconds after the tool has been turned off or the
power cord has been unplugged.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure the power switch is in the OFF position
before plugging in the cord.
MAINTENANCE
Unscrew the covers with a screwdriver. Remove the
old carbon brushes, insert new ones and replace
the covers.
IMPORTANT:
Always replace the covers when new carbon brushes have been installed. After replacing carbon
brushes, the tool must be operated with no load for 10 minutes in order to wear in the new carbon
brushes.
Do not attempt to repair the tool yourself. Return it to an authorised service centre.
The power tool may only be serviced by qualified service personnel using identical spare parts.
