USE
CHECK THE OIL LEVEL
Check before starting the compressor that the
oil level in the sight glass (12) is within the red
markings when the compressor is horizontal.
STARTING
1. Check that the mains voltage corresponds
to the rated voltage on the type plate
(permissible deviation 5%).
2. Set the power switch (3) on the top in the
off position (0).
3. Plug the plug into the power point and
start the compressor by putting the switch
(3) in the on position (I).
– The pressure switch on the
compressor switches off when the set
maximum pressure (8 bar) is
reached, and switches on when the
pressure drops below the maximum
pressure. The difference in pressure
between starting and stopping is
normally 2 bar, and therefore the
compressor normally starts when the
pressure in the air tank has dropped
from 8 to 6 bar.
WARNING!
Parts of the product, for example the cylinder
head, cylinder and air pipe, get hot when in
use. Do not touch these parts – risk of burn
injury.
SETTING THE WORKING PRESSURE
Pressure relief valve
It is not always necessary to use the
compressor’s maximum working pressure
– many pneumatic tools work best at lower
pressure. The working pressure can therefore
be adjusted with the knob on the pressure
relief valve (4).

ASSEMBLY
Unpack the compressor and check that it has
not been damaged in transit. Fit, if this has
not already been done, the rubber feet for the
air tank and the wheels in accordance with
the enclosed instructions. Place the product
on a surface with a maximum inclination of
10° in a well ventilated, weatherproof and
non explosive area. If the surface is inclined
and slippery, secure the compressor to prevent
it slipping when in use. If the compressor is
placed on a shelf, make sure it cannot fall
off. Place the compressor at least 1 m from
adjacent walls and other surfaces to ensure
adequate ventilation and cooling.
FITTING THE AIR FILTER
Screw on the supplied oil filter before using the
compressor.
