2. Carefully loosen the plug.
3. Turn back the product so that any liquid
runs out. Shake the tank so that all the
liquid runs out.
4. Firmly tighten the screw.
– Make sure to always drain any liquid
that has accumulated in the tank. Do
not fully tighten the drain plug if the
ambient temperature is lower than
0°C.
CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL
Check the oil level before use. The oil level
should be up to the red marking on the sight
glass.

CHANGING THE OIL
The oil should be changed after 50 working
hours and then every 200 working hours, or at
3 month intervals.
1. Place a suitable container under the drain
plug.
2. Remove the oil filler cap.
3. Remove the screw from the sight glass.
4. Tilt the product back a little and allow the
oil to run out.
5. Replace the screw and firmly tighten.
6. Fill with compressor oil of the standard
type to the marking in the sight glass.
7. Replace the plug.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
The product switches off automatically if it
overheats or is overloaded. If this happens,
allow the product to cool for a few minutes.
Start the product again by pressing the power
2. Check the oil level (12).
3. Check that the safety valve is working
properly.
4. Check that the air hose is properly
connected.
5. Start the compressor and build up the
pressure in the air tank.
– The motor switches off automatically
when the set pressure is reached,
and starts again when the pressure
in the air tank gets to low.
6. Switch off the product after use. Relieve
the pressure in the tank and drain out any
accumulated liquid.
STARTING/STOPPING
Start the compressor by pulling out the power
switch.
Switch off the compressor by pressing in
the power switch.

CLEANING
Clean the outside of the compressor with a
damp cloth.
GENERAL CHECKS
Check the compressor for leakage and/or
damage at regular intervals.
PRESSURE RELIEF AND DRAINING
OF LIQUID
Relieve the pressure in the air tank and drain
any liquid that has accumulated in the tank
after use.
1. Turn up the product to access the drain
plug underneath.
