Solution
The washing machine
vibrates.
The transit bolts were not
removed.
The washing machine
was not levelled when it
was installed.
The feet have not been
tightened.
Check that the transit
bolts have been
removed.
Level the washing
machine.
Tighten the nuts on
the housing feet.
Foaming occurs in the
detergent compartment.
Too much detergent was
added.
The amount of detergent
was not adjusted for the
hardness of the water.
Reduce the amount of
detergent used.
Use the correct
dosage of detergent
for the degree of
soiling and water
hardness (see
instructions on the
detergent packaging).
The washing machine
stops before the end of
the wash programme.
The power supply was
interrupted.
The water inlet or outlet
was blocked.
Check the power
supply and the water
inlet and outlet.
The drain pump makes a
noise after pumping out
the water.
There is air in the drain
system.
The water was pumped
out of the drum, but
some water still remained
in the pump and the
drain pipe.
Continuous operation of
the drain pump causes
air to be sucked in and
a distinctive noise.
This does not however
indicate a malfunction.
Short interruptions
during the wash
programme.
The programme is
interrupted depending
on water pressure or
formation of suds.
The washing machine
refills with water
automatically.
The interval is caused
by removal of excessive
foam.
