3.3. Malfunctions
If the device is malfunctioning, this may be due to electrostatic
discharge.

In this case, unplug the mains adapter and wait a few seconds
before inserting the mains adapter back into the socket.
It may be necessary to reset the device to the factory settings
(see “24.6. Resetting the device to factory settings” on page
353).
3.4. Using headphones

Excessive sound pressure when using earphones and
headphones over an extended period of time can result
in damage to and/or loss of hearing.

Before pressing play, set the volume to the lowest setting.

Start playback and increase the volume to a comfortable
level.

The remote control contains two LR03/AAA/1.5 V batteries.
