The SD card or internal memory
is full.
Insert a new card into the
camera.
Download the pictures onto
the computer and then delete
them from the card or
memory.
The SD card has the wrong
format.
Ask the manufacturer of the
SD card for advice.
The picture is not clear.
The lens is dirty.
Clean the lens.
The picture is blurred or
out of focus.
You did not hold the camera still
while taking the photo.
When you next take a photo,
keep your hands steady and
wait for approximately two
seconds after taking the
photo before moving the
camera.
The subject of the photo was too
close to the lens.
Keep a distance of at least
1.5m between the lens and
the subject.
The flash did not go off.
The flash is switched off.
Switch the flash to a mode
other than OFF.
The computer cannot find
the camera.
The camera is switched off.
Switch the camera on.
