door and turn over the food to optimise the cooking process (see „9.4.2.

9.8.
Convection
air
In convection air mode, hot air is circulated throughout the interior of the oven. Hot
air is particularly recommended for preparing casseroles or crisp foods.
To cook with convection air, proceed as follows:
Press the
button.
100 °C
appears on the display.
Press the
or
buttons to select the desired cooking temperature.
Temperatures of between
100 °C
and
190 °C
can be set.
Press the
button to confirm the setting.
If you would like to preheat the device, press the
button again.
A beep will sound when the preset temperature has been reached.
If you do not want to preheat the device, proceed directly to the next step.
Press the
or
buttons to select the desired cooking time. The longest cook-
ing time is 95 minutes.
Press the button.
The device starts the cooking process.
