16.7.9. The shots cannot be transferred to the PC
via the USB cable.
• The camera is not switched on.
16.7.10. When the camera is connected to
the computer for the first time, no new
hardware is found.
• The USB connection of the computer is deactivated.
• The operating system is not compatible.
17. Maintenance and care
Clean the housing, lens and display as follows:

Clean the camera housing using a soft, dry cloth.

Do not use thinners or detergents which contain oil. This
could damage the camera.

To clean the lens and the display, first use a lens brush to re-
move any dust. Then wipe the lens and display with a soft
cloth. Do not apply any pressure to the display and do not
use hard objects to clean it.

Do not use strong cleaning agents for the housing and lens
(contact Medion Service or a specialist shop if there is dirt
that cannot be removed).
