Double-click on Desktop.

Move the cursor to the DVD/CD drive.

Right-click, then click on Open.

Double-click on Setup.exe.

A wizard will then guide you through the installation process.

Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Start the program via the symbol on the desktop.

When you start the program for the first time, it has to be ac-
tivated.
To activate the program, enter the serial number
HEVK4-S9JM4-AWZXQ-SXML6-T8EQ9-PVSH7.
16. Troubleshooting
Use the following checklist if the camera does not function cor-
rectly. If the problem persists, consult MEDION Service.
16.7.1. The camera will not switch on.
• The batteries are not inserted correctly.
• The batteries are empty.
16.7.2. The camera will not take photos.
• The flash is still charging.
• The memory is full.
• The SD card is not correctly formatted or is defective.
16.7.3. The flash does not go off.
• The flash is not opened.
• The flash is not completely charged.
• The automatic mode is deactivated.
