5.6. Information on using
batteries
• DANGER! Misuse of batteries and re-
chargeable batteries can lead to the risk
of an explosion!
Do not charge any batteries in the de-
vice.
Use only type HR03 micro AAA, 1.2 V,
550 mAh batteries.
Never expose the batteries to excessive
heat (such as direct sunlight, fire or sim-
ilar).
Never short-circuit the batteries.
• DANGER! Battery acid from leaking
empty batteries may cause burns!
If the device is not going to be used for
long periods, remove the batteries.
Clean the contacts with a soft dry cloth
before inserting new batteries.
• Keep children away from batteries.
Seek medical attention immediately if a
battery is swallowed.
