17. Resetting the handset to the
factory settings
To reset the handset to the factory settings, proceed as
follows:
Press the
MENU
key and then use the
keys to
select the option
DEFAULT
. Confirm by pressing the
MENU
key.
PIN?----
appears on the display.
Enter your four-digit PIN (the factory setting is
0000
).
Confirm by pressing the
MENU
key.
Confirm the query
CONFIRM?
with the
MENU
key.
The handset has now been reset to the factory settings.
Personal settings and the call and redial lists have been
deleted. However, the phone book is retained.
