Instructions for use

1.

 

Place the thigh band on the bed

at the level of the middle of the

thighs, fasten firmly to the bed

frame (P) using the straps C2 with

the magnetic lock C3.

2.

 

Adjust the padded thigh

band C1 to the patient’s

thigh using the Velcro on

the top and bottom of the

padding.

Tighten and fasten the C4

strap using the C3

magnetic lock without

excessive tightening.

The A6 side bands serve to limit

or prevent turning movements from

left to right. They are also used to

keep the patient in a half-turn

position and facilitate treatment of

bedsores of the trochanter or

sacrum. 

It is essential that they

are always fitted with the belt 

to

avoid the patient losing his balance

when turning and falling out of

bed, with the consequent risk of

injuries or even strangulation.

6.

 

Tighten and fasten the A6 side

bands to the A2 fastener on the

belt.

WARNING:

It is essential that the belt is used

with the side bands (A6) fastened

and the bed rails raised.
