This Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period
of
three years
from the date of purchase. During the warranty period MTS will
replace or repair, at its sole option, any defective product returned to us in,
original, or other suitable packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original
invoice/bill of sale, which includes date of purchase. Should a product be
superceded or discontinued, MTS will, at its option, replace the product with a
similar model of equal specification, function or value.
This Warranty will be void if the product being returned is damaged in any way,
other than would occur in normal use. Any modification made other than by
MTSI or approved and qualified service center will void said Warranty. This
warranty excludes cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, and problems that
arise from abuse, accident or misuse.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY
FROM STATE TO STATE/PROVINCE TO PROVINCE. MTSI RESPONSIBILITY
FOR DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP SHALL BE LIMITED TO
REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY. ALL
EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. WE DO NOT ACCEPT
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY
THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE PURCHASER OF THIS
PRODUCT.
3 Year Transferable Warranty:

This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause
cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Use proper care when
handling, refer and conform to local government regulations before use or when
discarding.
