Owner/User Manual  MTS  Performer  rev. 01

Function Room Sample Setup:

Hotel  and  Convention  Centre  function  rooms  with  installed  sound  systems, 

projectors/large  screen  displays  etc.,  for  business  and  other  presentation  purposes.  

The Performer installed in such systems gives users a high quality, simple interface for 

both presentation live mic’ or pre-recorded audio in PowerPoint/video or other visual 

presentations.  

A  microphone,  either  wired  or  wireless  is  input  to  the  Mic  XL  connection,  with  the 

laptop’s audio output connected to the Hi-Z input.  Multiple Performer units can be 

installed to accept more microphone sources as needed.  The Performers and laptop, in 

this example, are connected to the network and routed to the speaker system.  The 

Dante Network return(s) can be configured to return an analog, line level, mix to FOH 

speakers.
