If the connection and the IP address are correct and you still can’t transfer:
1.
Go to the iPhone or iPad Network Settings. Tap the blue arrow next to the HDMD network and use the
“Forget this Network” button in the Wi-Fi Network settings to permanently disconnect. (You may have to
attempt to join another wireless network to disconnect completely.) This will delete all previously arranged
settings for the HDMD network that may be wrong. Next, looking back at the available wireless networks,
reconnect to the HDMD network making sure to input the password (“1234567890”) correctly. You will not get
an error message if this password is inputted incorrectly.
2.
Make sure that the device is connected to the correct HDMD if there are others present. Also if others are
present, consider giving each HDMD a unique SSID to eliminate connecting to the wrong HDMD.
3.
Reboot the iPhone or iPad, recheck the wireless network settings, and then launch Med X Mobile and attempt
the transfer again. Optionally, you can use the “Forget this network” button on the HDMD wireless network
and then reboot and reconnect.
If the HDMD network does not show in the available wireless network list:
1.
Check to be sure that the Belkin wireless USB card is plugged into the HDMD.
2.
Check the blue lights on the Belkin wireless USB card to be sure they are lit. One will be flashing.
3.
Check the device manager on the HDMD to make sure the Belkin adapter is listed under “Network adapters“
and is active.
4.
Reboot the HDMD.
