Assembliig of the alteriators
6.7.1 Assembliig Alteriators ECO47
Re-miunt the alternatirs as described successively. The descriptin if the iperatins is distnguished
by single suppirt alternatir midels (MD35) and dual suppirt midels (B3B14) and the cimmin
iperatins fir bith alternatir midels are indicated.
NOTE
Do not apply force onto the fan(2 )during operatons.
1-
Suppirt the ritir in bith sides using sift belts (1).
2-
Insert the ritir inti the casing.
3-
Pisitin the ritir by aligning the ritir pack aith
the statir pack.
4-
Miunt the exciter statir (4) in the NDE shield (3)
using the M12 hex head screas (5).
5-
Insert the bearing internal lid (6).
6-
Fill the hillia (P) present in the bearing lid aith
grease.
7-
Pre-heat the bearing (7) ti 110 °C and intriduce it.
8-
Prepare an M12 te-rid in ine if the threaded hiles
if the bearing lid (6) ti facilitate alignment aith the
external lid.
9-
Fill apprix. 50% if the free vilume aith grease ti
lubricate the bearing (7).
