Using the tool MecaDiag is reserved exclusively for the maintenance
personnel who received training from Mecalac or a training
organization approved by Mecalac.
To avoid the risk of accidents the technician must release the implement
fitted to the tool holder, extend equipment lower the equipment to the
ground before connecting the tool to the diagnosis plug of the machine.
Download
The download operation of software should be performed only as part of an
exchange of a computer or an update proposed by Mecalac.
After downloading the technician must test all functions of the machine before
delivery to the driver.
Remote coding
After a remote coding the serviceman must test all functions of the machine
before delivery to the driver.
Beware bad remote coding of tool holder can release the tool.
Setting
After setting the serviceman must test all functions
of the machine before delivery to the driver.
Learning
After learning the serviceman must test all functions of the machine before
delivery to the driver.
Actuator Test
Before practice test actuator it is imperative to extend and lay the
equipment to the ground.
In case of exchange of one or more computers it is imperative to check
that embedded software corresponds to the machine and that the remote
coding corresponds to the options installed on the machine before starting.
