For long term storage, it is best to cycle (charge and discharge) battery every 3-9 months when
above freezing.

NEVER CHARGE the battery below 0 Celsius. Charging is much, much more detrimental in cold
weather than discharging. We have our newer BMSs set to not allow charging below 0C.

Discharging is okay down to -23C (-10F) and even lower, but the capacity/runtime is drastically
reduced overall as it gets colder. Life cycle may be reduced, but minor amounts if just
occasional use below 0F.

Avoid severe vibration. Do not throw or drop the battery pack.
ROPS (Roll Over Protection System)
1. When the roll bar is in the down position, do not buckle up when operating the mower.
2. When the roll bar is up, keep the seatbelt fastened.
3. When moving fast, do not make sharp turns.
4. Make sharp turns only when moving slow.

To Fold the ROPS:
1. Remove both R-Clips and then pull outward on Hitch Pins.
2. Fold the ROPS slowly rearward.
3. Reinstall Hitch Pins and R-Clips into
holes in ROPS frame to lock.
To avoid personal injury: Make sure that both Hitch Pins are properly
installed and secured with R-Clips.
To Raise the ROPS to Upright Position
1.
Remove both R-Clips and Hitch Pins.
2.
Raise ROPS to the upright position.
3.
Align Hitch Pin holes, insert both pins and secure with R-Clips.
