Frame
Always keep the frame and upholstery clean. Use soft, dry cloth to clean the main frame and the
upholstery. Do not use any abrasive. While cleaning, do not use any detergents directly on the
controller, battery charger or other power connectors.
Keep the wheelchair away from direct contact with water.
Avoid long exposure of the power wheelchair to extreme cold, hot or humidity.
Anti-tip wheels
Regularly check the condition of anti-tip wheels – check their condition and screws.
Brakes
Regularly check the condition and operation of brakes.
Motor brush
If the motor brush is worn, you should change it. Regularly check its condition.
If you use the wheelchair on difficult, uneven terrain, you should control and replace the brush every
3 months. If necessary, consult your distributor.
Storage
The power wheelchair should be stored in a dry place, free from temperature extremes. Always
remove the batteries when the wheelchair is stored. Charge the batteries before storing, store them
separately (recommended temperature of storing 20
°
C).
Remember that like most electrical equipment, your power wheelchair is susceptible to damage.
Avoid damp environment of any kind. If you store the wheelchair in inappropriate places, the frame
may easily become rusted and the electronic components may be damaged. The recommended
temperature of storing the wheelchair without batteries is - 15
°
C to 40
°
C

damage to the power chair frame, it is recommended that you contact the nearest authorized service
point.
