NOTE:
This task is typical for left or right blow­
er impeller removal.
(1). Remove access panels L155 and R155
(ref. Section 53-30-00).
(2). Remove access panels L210 and R210
(ref. Section 53-30-00).
(3). Remove Access Panel T220 (ref. Section
53-30-00).
NOTE:
Residual oil may remain in oil lines.
When removing oil lines or components,
take precautions to catch oil in a suitable
container.
(4). Remove lockwire from oil in hose (1)
and oil out hose (2).
(5). Remove transmission oil in hose (1)
from heat exchanger (3).
(6). Remove transmission oil out hose (2)
from heat exchanger (3).
NOTE:
If the aircraft has the CURRENT
CONFIG Air Conditioning System, refer to
Condenser Assembly Removal (CURRENT
CONFIG) (ref. Section 21-50-00).
(7). If necessary, remove the Air Condition­
ing Condenser (ref. Section 21-50-00).
(8). Remove bolts (5, 7), washers (6, 8), and
cooling interconnect duct (4).
(9). Remove bolts (11) and washers (12).
Remove blower shroud (13) and shim
(14).
(10). Using blower lockwasher puller (T302),
remove and discard bearing locknut
retaining lockwasher (15).
(11). Using transmission blower shaft socket
(T303) remove bearing retaining
locknut (16) and washer (17). Remove
blower impeller (9) from main transmis­
sion (10).
(12). Remove woodruff key (18) and washer
(19) from blower drive assembly (20).
