READ ALL LABELS
Read and understand
operator’s manual before
operating equipment.

PROPER SET UP AND USE

1.   Maximum capacity 12,000 lbs. per truss

assembly distributed evenly along length.

2.   Inspect for missing or damaged parts. Never

use with missing or damaged parts.

3.   Set up on solid ground if possible.

In soft ground conditions it may be
necessary to place screw jack
assemblies on a large base to
spread out the load and help
prevent Polyhorse from sinking into
the ground when loaded with pipe.

4.   Make sure lower pins of truss

assemblies and pipe roller
assemblies are correctly inserted
into the j-hook of the screw jack
assemblies.

5.   Make sure the detent pins that

connect the truss assemblies,
pipe roller assemblies, and screw
jack assemblies together are all
firmly in place.

6.   Make sure stanchions are inserted

into the rear sockets of each truss
assembly.

7.   Make sure all screw jack assemblies

are adjusted to the proper height to
allow for the pipe to roll straight into
the fusion machine jaws.

8.   Make sure pipe roller drop foot is

placed as close to ground as
possible and detent pin is firmly in
place.

9.   Make sure pivot lift pipe roller

assembly is mounted on the left
pipe rack closest to the fusion
machine.

10. Refer to Operator’s Manual for proper

procedure for cutting pipe banding.
