Service and Repair
Check Hydraulic Fluid
Before connecting to power and with the machine off, open the plug on
the end of the reservoir. The fluid level should be up to opening when
the HPU is on a level surface. Refer to the
manual for hydraulic fluid recommendations.
Hydraulic Pump
Remove Hydraulic Pump:
1)
Disassemble the HPU to gain access to the Power Pack Assembly.
Refer to the

Drain the reservoir of all hydraulic fluid using the drain plug at the
bottom of the reservoir.
3)
Remove the 4 reservoir bolts using a 3/8" wrench. Remove
the Reservoir from the Adapter Plate. Inspect o-ring, replace if
damaged.
