1. Unfold the mask and hold it by the ear straps with the
nose clip pointing upwards.
2. Place the mask over your chin and secure the ear
straps behind your ears. Make sure the nose clip rests
on the nasal bone.
3. Adjust the nose clip to the shape of the nose to create
a perfect seal.
4. Check, that the mask fits tightly. To do this, hold both
hands in front of the mask and exhale abruptly. In case
of leakage, adjust the fit of the mask and the nose clip.
